Liberty Classic Pro-Am — Event Agenda

7:00 AM — Player Check-In

  • Registration opens for all participants.

  • Players receive tee gifts.

8:00 AM — Brunch and Pro Auction

  • Brunch Buffet featuring an omelet bar, cocktails, and assorted breakfast favorites.

  • Pro Auction: Bid on the pros and form your dream team. Proceeds contribute to the event’s charitable fundraising goal.

10:00 AM — Practice and Warm-Up

  • Players have access to the driving range, putting green, and short game area to prepare for the round.

10:45 AM — Tournament Announcements

  • Brief remarks from the tournament director.

  • Overview of tournament rules and format (Two best balls of the foursome Stableford).

11:00 AM — Tee Times Begin

  • Teams begin teeing off from Hole 1 and Hole 10 at staggered intervals.

11:00 AM – 5:30 PM — Off-Course Contests and Activities

  • Whether you have the first tee time or the last, there will be activities available throughout the day during your non-golfing hours.

12:00 PM – 4:00 PM — Lunch Available on Course

  • Grab-and-go lunch and snacks available on the course.

5:30 PM — Tournament Concludes

  • Final teams finish their rounds and submit scorecards.

  • Players gather at the clubhouse for post-round festivities.

6:00 PM — Awards Ceremony and Reception

  • Open bar and dinner reception

  • Announcement of winning teams and presentation of prizes

  • Celebration of the tournament’s fundraising achievements and acknowledgment of the nine recipient charities, including the winning pro’s favorite charity.

8:30 PM — Event Concludes

  • Thank you to all participants, sponsors, and volunteers.

  • Safe travels and see you next year!
